About Electrician Training
Professional, City and Guilds accredited electrician training courses
With our range of fully accredited training courses, pursuing a career as an electrician can become a reality.
Working as an electrician can be extremely varied – depending on the courses you take and the qualifications you gain, you could be working on anything from rewiring a plug in someone’s house to installing complex electrical systems within construction sites and industrial environments. Being an electrician is also filled with different opportunies; you could work for yourself and start your own business or work for an existing company who will contract you out to complete work as needed. Either way, our professional training courses are the solution you need to make sure you gain the skills necessary to make that big career move.
It’s important to remember that you don’t have to have an electrical background to make that change; many of our training courses are made for complete beginners and are perfect for those wanting to change their job.
Our electrician training courses are fully accredited by City and Guilds and carried out to all of the latest standards. For those brand new to the industry without prior electrical experience, the City and Guilds 2365-2 (Level 2) course is designed to give you the basic knowledge and skills you’ll need to work safely with electrical installations and gives you the ability to progress to the more advanced course, 2365-3 (Level 3).
Alternatively, why not consider taking our combined course which includes both the Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications? With both level 2 and 3 qualifications, you are then able to progress further to level 4 courses or work alongside an electrician as an electrician’s mate, then work towards your full electrical qualification in a practical environment.
