About the Category 1 Course
Ultrasound technology offers a wide range of application areas it can be effectively applied in maintenance activities. Whether you want to:
• Reduce energy cost and optimising efficiency for pressurised systems such as compressed air or steam systems.
• Apply the principles of reliability improvement/knowledge of your equipment.
• Troubleshooting failures modes in mechanical & electrical systems.
• Pro-active maintenance for proper lubrication.

• Leak detection
• Steam trap & valve inspection
• Bearing inspection & lubrication

The course will be taught through a mixture of classroom theory along with some practical training.
